Charcoal is our darkest concrete paver, made at our Tampa plant in the gray cement family and described in our catalog as a striking black hue. It's a clear contrast to the white, tan and multi-color blends in the collection. If you want dark charcoal pavers with a little more variation, compare Smoke, which mixes warm gray with deep charcoal, or the warmer Coffee Brown.
The catalog shows Charcoal in two rectangular patterns: Atlas, a 4x8 brick size with a beveled edge, and Troy, a 6x9 with a cobbled edge. Charcoal brick pavers in Atlas give a crisp, orderly look, while Troy's larger pieces and softer edges feel a bit more relaxed. The pattern guide lists Atlas in 60 or 80 mm and Troy in 60 mm. Confirm availability and packing for the exact combination specified for your project.
Charcoal is presented for driveways and patios. A dark ground plane suits a simple, contemporary design, and it also makes a strong border or accent band next to lighter pavers. Dark colors absorb more sun than light ones, so if a space gets full afternoon sun, view a sample outdoors in both sun and shade before you decide. For larger projects, see commercial pavers. Your installer confirms the base and installation; find a contractor if you need one.

Darker materials can feel warmer in direct sun than light-colored ones. If the area gets a lot of sun, compare a Charcoal sample with a lighter color in your own conditions before you choose.
Our catalog shows Charcoal in Atlas (4x8) and Troy (6x9). Call to confirm your preferred pattern and size combination.
The Atlas guide lists an 80 mm option. Call (813) 884-0010 to confirm Charcoal availability in the specified pattern, thickness and quantity. Your project team must approve the complete pavement system for the intended use.
