How do I ask about pricing or samples?
Use a product page to prepare an email with your selection, or contact Universal at info@universalhardscapes.com. The team confirms sample options, pricing and availability.
How do I contact the order team?
Email orders@universalhardscapes.com with your order reference or product selection. An enquiry does not confirm an order or delivery date.
Can I obtain safety information for masonry sand?
The published sand page states that an MSDS is available on request. Contact Universal for the current document.
Are the outdoor design concepts completed installations?
Labeled design concepts are illustrations for inspiration. Confirm materials, colors, sizes and suitability using product information, samples and professional advice.
Does travertine get hot on a pool deck?
Yes. Travertine warms in direct Florida sun. Light-colored, tumbled travertine may feel more comfortable than darker materials, but no stone stays cool in full sun. Compare samples under your own conditions.
How often should pavers be sealed?
Universal’s Ultra Wet Look typically needs resealing every 2–3 years, depending on UV exposure and traffic wear. Follow the current product label and confirm preparation and compatibility with your exact surface.
