Universal Hardscapes
Pavers in Clearwater, FL
Clearwater is about 28 miles from our Tampa plant and about 17 miles from our showroom on Anderson Road. We deliver concrete pavers and 8-inch block to Clearwater, Dunedin, Largo, Palm Harbor and Safety Harbor. Distances are approximate straight-line distances from the stated Tampa location, not driving distances. This is a delivery area, not a branch location.
Delivery
We deliver within 100–120 miles of our Tampa plant, covering Tampa Bay plus Orlando, Ocala and Fort Myers. We offer free truckload delivery within a 20-mile radius of the plant. Call (813) 884-0010 with the job address to confirm delivery eligibility, scheduling and order details.
Confirm site access, unloading arrangements and the delivery date before booking your installer. Order the full quantity for a project together because colors may vary between production lots.
Compare pool-deck colors
Lighter colors can absorb less solar heat than darker colors, but all paving can become hot in direct sun. Compare Ice Gray, Sand Stone and Siesta samples under your own conditions; Universal has not published comparative surface-temperature tests.
What a pool deck takes
An 800 sq ft pool deck needs 8 cubes of Atlas, Troy, Milano or Valencia, or 7 cubes of Olympia, including 10% for cuts. Olympia's larger 8x8 and 8x12 pieces cover 130 sq ft per cube, so it takes one cube less here.
