Pavers & Concrete Block in Wesley Chapel, FL
Wesley Chapel is about 12 miles from our Tampa plant. We make concrete pavers and 8-inch block there and deliver throughout Pasco County, including Lutz, Land O' Lakes and Zephyrhills. Distances are approximate straight-line distances from the Tampa plant, not driving distances. This is a delivery area, not a branch location.
Delivery
We deliver within 100–120 miles of our Tampa plant, covering Tampa Bay plus Orlando, Ocala and Fort Myers. We offer free truckload delivery within a 20-mile radius of the plant. Call (813) 884-0010 with the job address to confirm delivery eligibility, scheduling and order details.
Confirm site access, unloading arrangements and the delivery date before booking your installer. Order the full quantity for a project together because colors may vary between production lots.
Getting HOA approval
Many Wesley Chapel neighborhoods have an HOA that reviews patio and driveway changes. Boards usually want the paver color, the pattern and a sample.
- Our colors have names you can put on the form: Smoke, Ice Gray, Coffee Brown, Sand Stone and other featured colors.
- Our patterns are Atlas, Troy, Olympia, Milano and Valencia.
- Ask for samples at our showroom, 6005 Anderson Road in Tampa, about 16 miles away. Call (813) 885-6900 first.
What a back patio takes
A 400 sq ft patio needs 4 cubes in any pattern, including 10% for cuts.
- Milano mixes 4x6, 6x6 and 6x9 pieces for a laid-by-hand look.
- Olympia uses larger 8x8 and 8x12 pieces and covers the most area per cube (130 sq ft).
