If your business does hardscaping or landscaping work, you can apply for a Universal trade account. Paver installers, landscape contractors, pool builders and general contractors who build outdoor spaces can submit their details for review. Getting started takes three steps:
- Apply. Use the "Apply for a Contractor Account" button above.
- Get access. Our team reviews your application and sends account-access instructions to approved applicants.
- Order. Call or email the order team, then schedule jobsite delivery or plant pickup.
A purchasing account is separate from approval for a contractor-referral network. Pricing, product availability and account terms are confirmed by Universal.

Universal doesn't install hardscapes, so we never bid against our trade customers. When homeowners ask us for installers, we refer independent contractors. Your customers stay your customers.

What you can order on one account
Put a whole job on one order, from field pavers and pool coping to masonry and sealer.
Concrete pavers. Explore 11 colors and six pattern families: Atlas, Troy, Valencia, Olympia, Roma and Milano. Check the pattern reference for sizes, surfaces and thicknesses; availability depends on the combination. Coping. Concrete 4x9x2 3/8 bullnose, plus travertine, marble and Shell Stone coping.
Natural stone. Five travertines (tumbled), three marbles (leathered) and Shell Stone (tumbled limestone), supplied for pool decks, patios and walkways.
Masonry. Six 8-inch CMU profiles, plus Type S mortar and washed masonry sand. Confirm pieces per pallet for the exact profile before ordering.
Sealer and accessories. Seal-N-Lock Ultra Wet Look paver sealer.
Review the product warranty for its one-year period, coverage, exclusions and claim instructions. For eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery, review the separate return policy. Confirm how the terms apply to your selected item.
